Return & Refund Policy

At CROSSINGTZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your items to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be authorised by contacting us first via email, social media, or WhatsApp.

Refunds

  • We offer full refunds on eligible items once they are received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If an item is received damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage and provide a full refund.
